We are ultimately aiming to design and implement a remote controlled UAV from scratch. Or a platform for a such. The sensor fusion and motor control will be handled by a dedicated microcontroller while allowing a Linux based board to be plugged in for handling any higher level functionality. The remote controlling will be done on a Linux based PC instead of traditional RC remote.

The road is long as we want to design our own microcontroller and IMU boards and implement our own software. And learn everything between. In the meanwhile we’ll be publishing our source codes and schematics in github.
